This morning after my failed attempt to put my baby to nap, I took her to Target. The rate of failure to put her down for a nap is getting higher and higher, and I get tired of trying sometimes.

I took a picture of some of the things I bought today:

The unbelievable deal I saw there today is Silk Soymilk Twin Pack (2 half gallon size) for $2.99, sale price good through Saturday. The regular price is $4.99-They must have lowered their regular price, I remember it was higher than $4.99. Too bad my fridge is full of Silk Soy milk already, because Foods Co just had a sale on Silk 2 for $5 a couple weeks ago. So I only got 2 twin packs today, they won’t expire until November, I don’t need to buy any soy milk for 2 months. If you need Silk Soy Milk, this is the best price I have seen this year, or even last year.

Lays potato chips are on sale for $1.88, and I had 2 $1/1 Target Web Coupons, which would make it $0.88 per bag.

Kellogg’s Pop Tarts are on sale for $1.67, and I had 2 manufacture $1/2 coupons, and 4 $0.50/1 Target Web Coupons, which would make it $0.67 per box.

But somehow the Target web coupons did not scan, I had no idea why. So if you are a new coupon user like me, it’s a good idea to sart with a few coupons a time, in case some don’t scan. I could have canceled those items, but since it’s pretty good sale price anyway I kept them.

Target was only a home deco & clothing store to me, but after I started to pay attention to their grocery prices and couponing, I found Target to be a good place to buy grocery.
