Save Money and Live A Rich Life
I had been having trouble making baby food for my baby, I tried food processor, blender, mini chopper, and none of them worked, none of them pureed food. I kind of gave up for a while. Then I heard from someone who used a hand blender making baby food with great success, so I had been looking for one. I saw one in Target for $39.99, but I wanted a cheaper one.
I saw in Walgreens’ August Easy Saver Catalog that they give $5 rebate for small appliances, and they have hand blenders, so I got one for $19.99 before rebate. We tried last night making smoothies, it worked great, and then we tried making baby food, and it worked wonderfully.
I’m very happy now. Besides making baby food, I had been needing one for making sauce. You can’t be a great cook and have no tool to make sauce. I had a tiny blender to do the job before, but it kind of broke, and I threw it away.
I highly recommend this hand blender, its quality looks good, it comes with a mini chopper attachment, a smoothie container, and 2 rubber lids for each container for storage. It’s like getting a mini chopper and a blender for $14.99, what a good deal!
N.38 $5 Rebate on Select Appliances up to $15
Another appliance looks interesting to me is Cordless Wet/Dry Vacuum. It would be very nice to have a cordless vacuum for my car. My car is often messy, mostly because my daughters eat cookies and chips in the car. Well, I will think about it, if I do buy it, I’ll let you know if it works well, or you can leave me a comment if you buy one.
There are a lot of appliances for different rebate amount, worth of taking a look.
